Executive Bios

Mr. Hulley, a global senior executive with strong leadership qualities,
comes to Navtech from Tata Consultancy Services, where he was a Senior Partner responsible for expanding the travel, transportation,
and hospitality sectors of the business. Prior to this, he was the CEO of LeisureLogix, where he led the company through its product
launch, garnering acclaim from industry analysts, trades and the media, and won LeisureLogix the 2007 Startup of the Year Award at
the PhocusWright travel distribution conference.
Mr. Hulley’s career spans more than two decades in the aviation industry and includes positions with industry leaders such as
Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), IBM, COVIA/Galileo, United Airlines and Delta Air Lines. As President of Transportation
Global Industry Solutions at EDS, Mr. Hulley was responsible for leading and growing the company’s worldwide transportation business.
At IBM, he was Vice President and General Manager of Global Travel and Transportation where he led strategy, sales and marketing,
product development, and deployment for industry-specific solutions. Mr. Hulley served as Vice President of Products and Services
for the Transportation Technologies unit of Siemens Nixdorf, where he was responsible for the startup and management of the Travel
and Transportation Division.
Mr. Hulley graduated from Memphis State University where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering and was
named DEC Fellow in Artificial Intelligence after attending a fellowship program at Harvard and MIT Universities.

Mike Neudoerffer joined Navtech in April 2006. Mike is a Professional Engineer and a graduate of the University of Waterloo (1988) with a Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining Navtech, Mike served as Chief Technology Officer at CipherPass Corp., Vice President Operations and
Development at HotButton Solutions Inc., Vice President Technical Operations at NE2 and Vice President Engineering at Wireless Matrix
Corporation. Prior to these positions Mike served in software development positions with progressive responsibility in factory automation,
digital satellite communications, digital security, oil and gas production monitoring.
Mike is a private pilot and an avid flyer.

Carol Calvert joined Navtech in October 2007.
In her position, she is responsible for the global human resources practices and policies of the organization and reports to the
Chief Executive Officer Michael Chung.
Prior to joining Navtech, Carol held Human Resource management positions of increasing
responsibility for several global organizations including Rockwell Automation, Raytheon and NCR. Carol has also held senior human resources
positions within the academic sector.
Carol has a graduate degree in Organization Management and Development and holds the
designation of Certified Human Resource Professional.

Gunnar Öhrn joined European Aeronautical Group as VP Sales and Marketing in
2003. In this position he was responsible for drafting and executing EAG's successful market share expansion strategy.
In 2005
through 2007 Director and in 2008 served as Navtech VP Strategy and Corporate Development. Since October 2008, he is the Managing Director for
Navtech Sweden as well as VP Sales and Account Management.
Gunnar graduated from the University of Stockholm with a Masters degree
in linguistics and modern languages.
He has held a number of senior management positions including Director Sales and Marketing for
SAS International.
