CLASS™, a preferential bidding system (PBS), allows airlines to match available flying to individual
crew members’ preferences in order to produce and optimize a final crew schedule that respects
contractual constraints and company operating requirements. Today, our customers’ pilots and flight
attendants use a simple and efficient bidding interface to bid their scheduling preferences globally
via the Internet. The system is a true win-win for the airline and its crew members and demonstrates
extremely high overall crew satisfaction and a reduction in crew-related expenses and crew planner
work.
CLASSVacation™ is a convenient, web-based tool that facilitates bidding for annual vacation.
CLASSVacation™ includes all aspects of a corporate vacation planning system, supporting both
seniority- or point-based systems, along with blackout periods during vacation scheduling.
CLASSTrade™ provides crew members with a fast, easy way to customize their schedules by trading
trips with each other, and with trips in open time.
Crew members can trade directly with each other, and they can also post trips to the trade board,
where all other crew members can view them. Crew members can view their transaction history, and
they can also request single vacation and float days through CLASSTrade™.
